Refund policy

CANCELLATION

You have 90 minutes from the validation of your order to cancel it, to prevent the order from being prepared and then having to pay restocking fees to our excessive detriment. For this you will have to contact our support by e-mail contact@jantier.com prior to the above-mentioned period.

Beyond this time, you will have to wait for delivery and return the Product/s to us for a refund as described below.


REPLACEMENT

Replacements are only available for the same Product of the same size/colour/feature when the Customer has received a different product from the one ordered. In this case, you will have to contact our support via Return Form here specifying that you would like a replacement and the relevant reason, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Product/s.

The replacement for a different product or for the same item due to a size/colour/features issue are not allowed. In this case, you will have to return your original Product to obtain either a voucher or a refund, and you will have to place a new order for the size/colour/features you wish, following the procedure described below.


RETURN

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, Consumers have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance. However, as a commercial gesture we grant you a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the Product/s to return it, without having to justify your decision (“Withdrawal Period”).

We undertake to refund the returned Product/s provided that it is returned intact in its original packaging, in the same condition as when it was received, without trace of use and accompanied by the documents specified below. 

Any product returned without respecting these conditions will not be refunded

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must:

  • Contact us via the Return Form here to notify that you will exercise your right of withdrawal prior to expiration of the Withdrawal Period. You shall fulfil the form and submit it to our support via contact@jantier.com as specified in the instructions on the form.
  • After receiving the completed Return Form, we will contact you via email to provide you with instructions for returning the Product. You must not return the Product/s without first reading the email instructions carefully. The Product/s must be returned accompanied by its original purchase invoice, or the delivery note given at the time of your order.
  • Upon receipt of the returned Product/s, we will acknowledge receipt by email.
  • After examining the returned Product/s, as per default the refund will be given in the form of a voucher for the total amount of the purchase, including delivery costs and return cost. If you want another form of refund, you must specify it on the Return Form mentioned in the previous point “a”, and we will do the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you indicate otherwise by expressly detailing the payment method by which you would prefer to receive the refund. 

You must then return the Product/s to the address that will be indicated to you as mentioned in the previous point “b” above, so the return costs will be at our expense. If the Product/s is/are sent to an address other than the one we have indicated to you, we reserve the right to refrain from any refund, including shipping costs.

The refund will be for the total amount paid by the Customer, including shipping and return costs, if applicable, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we received the Return Form from the Consumer, except for delays not attributed to us. We reserve the right to defer the refund until receipt of the Product/s.

As permitted by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following Products: 

  • Products which have been unsealed by the Consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
  • Products likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. 
  • Products that are manufactured in accordance with an individual choice or specification of the Customer or according to personalised needs or designs. 
  • Products that have been inseparably mixed with other products due to their texture, after delivery.
  • Any other goods or services excluded by current legislation.
